The electioneering of presidential candidates-2016 has begun in the USA. According to the information of The New York Times, a dozen of Republicans and a handful of Democrats have already expressed the interest in their nomination. Probably, it is going to be a fight between the members of these two parties, though it is in view that the third party and the independent pretenders will nominate for election.
According to the version of The New York Times, the main representative among the Democrats will be former state secretary Hillary Clinton. Most probably, former governor Lincoln Chafee, former governor Martin O’Malley, former senator of the USA Jim Webb will join to her. The main candidates among the Republicans by the version of The New York Times are senator Ted Cruz and senator Marco Rubio. As for the attendant candidatures, The New York Times calls also a tenth of names.
Site Presidency 2016 adds to the list of the declared candidates some names: senator Bernie Sanders from the Democratic party, and Dr. Ben Carson, former commissary of IRS Mark Everson, Carly Fiorina, former governor of Arkansas Mike Huckabee and senator Rand Paul from the Republican party.
As we see, the quantity of the presidential candidates for election 2016 is great as ever. It is probably a main intrigue. But the closer to the election, the more exactly are silhouetted real candidates.
The interrogations results, published by Public Policy Polling, have shown that Hillary Clinton is an obvious leader with a rating of more than 50% by all criteria. By the way, almost all the presidential candidates adhere to the single and meticulous politic according to the world crises, particularly, towards to the situation between Russia and Ukraine. All the leading candidates, except senator Rand Paul, take a severe position in relation to Kremlin and steadily support Ukraine, up to the promise of weapon supplying. Ron Paul considers himself to be an adherent of nonintervention, just as the representatives of all the USA parties publicly criticize Putin for violation of the international law by intervention into the territory of Ukraine.
As notices Dr. Ariel Cohen, a leader of Energetic, Natural Resources and Geopolitics Centre by Institute of Global Security Analysis and a manager of company International Market Analysis Ltd., in each case Moscow will not be able to settle relationships with the USA during much time, and the leave of the presidential post by Barack Obama will not change the situation in the future for the better. Russian analytics beware that many of the candidates will include in their program the point about relations with Russia. But, as Russian professor Shlomo Weber states, the election will not show the real picture of these relations. Interesting events will begin 2017. Then Russia will probably again have a chance to dictate its conditions.
Ukrainian diplomat Bohdan Yaremenko notices that it is an obvious exaggeration, as if the concurrence in the USA electioneering will happen perhaps in form of the competition, who likes Ukraine or doesn’t like Russia more. But nobody of the leading candidates, most probably, would like pretending to the difficult “dove of peace” image.
